Senior Marketing Automation Developer

For our client a conglomerate engaged in the manufacturing and sale of various products, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Developer

The Senior Marketing Automation Developer must have experience with marketing automation solutions and must be able to transfer their knowledge to marketers and digital operations team members to ensure that all campaigns executed through our MA platform (Eloqua) are optimized. Must be passionate about continuously developing their marketing automation knowledge and have strong communication skills to support the development of marketing automation knowledge within the company. The Senior Marketing Automation Developer must have attention to detail and be able to properly track and implement processes.

What we expect

• Working knowledge of HTML
• Knowledge in CSS, JavaScript and Salesforce are of advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrates ability to manage concurrent projects
• High degree of accuracy and ability to work at a detailed level on a daily basis
• Highly organized, good time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, business process development and problem solving skills
• Experience of working and influencing in a multi-national organisation and the ability to speak a second European language would be beneficial

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience of Marketing Automation solutions ideally in Eloqua
• Eloqua Certification or Eloqua training

Your tasks

• Contribute expertise to the design and development of campaign workflows by the Campaign Architects / Marketers, ensuring the creation of executable Eloqua solutions
• Build, activate and manage complex automated campaigns
• Implement content and assets within the platform to support emails, landing pages, forms and complex segmentation to meet business demand
• Develop email and landing page templates to optimize campaign performance
• Set up and distribute reporting for complex campaigns using Eloqua Insight
• Create and manage complex forms hosted in Eloqua landing pages (such as lead generating or progressive profiling forms)
• Complete full testing of all assets and campaigns according to EMEA processes
• Stay current on Eloqua functionality and releases as communicated by the EMEA Marketing Operations team, ensuring messages fully understood by aligned (Junior) Campaign Developers
• Complete training delivered by Oracle/Eloqua and participate in any Super User meetings to increase platform expertise
• Strictly adhere to all procedures in relation to the governance of data, design and brand guidelines, quality assurance and general system usage – as well as implement education and checks to ensure compliance by aligned (Junior) Campaign Developers
• Validate any platform issues or requirements received from the (Junior) Campaign Developers, communicating in a timely manner to the EMEA Marketing Operations team for action
• Support the development of EMEA wide campaigns and introduce sophisticated Marketing Automation thinking and terminology to the design and implementation of campaigns.
